B5 Plus Group, in partnership with DPS International School, has stepped forward with a life-changing gesture, announcing a full scholarship package for the children of the eight Ghanaians who tragically perished in the recent helicopter crash.
At a brief ceremony at the Office of the Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah received the initiative on behalf of the Presidency, describing it as a shining example of private sector commitment to national solidarity and responsibility.

The scholarship will cover the complete education of two children from each bereaved family at DPS International School, Tema — one of Ghana’s most prestigious institutions — from the basic level through to ‘A’ Level, including tuition, uniforms, and boarding where required.
Presidential Advisor on Legal and former Attorney-General, Marietta Agyeiwaa Brew, commended the intervention, emphasizing its long-term impact on the lives of the children.

She praised DPS’s academic excellence, citing its track record of producing top graduates, including Oheneba Kwame Kyeretwie, son of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, who is currently studying Astronomy at Wesleyan University, USA.

She further noted that the initiative aligns with the President’s vision of free and quality education for all, adding that the gesture will be warmly welcomed by the government and the public alike.
