A fire has broken out at Laterbiokoshie, near the Salvation Army School, prompting an urgent response from the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS).
In a Facebook update, the GNFS reported that the blaze erupted on Tuesday, September 9, triggering the immediate deployment of multiple fire tenders to the scene.
While official casualty figures are yet to be confirmed, preliminary reports indicate that no injuries have been recorded.
The GNFS has urged residents to stay vigilant and avoid the area to allow firefighters to contain the blaze safely and efficiently.
