Owner of Elmina Sharks, Papa Kwesi Ndoum Papa Kwesi Ndoum has expressed his profound gratitude over the disaster that occurred at his stadium edifice did not cause any casualties and that a refurbishment will be done soon.
On Sunday, the 20,000 capacity newly built stadium’s roofing was ripped off due to heavy storm in the aftermath of the Ghana Premier League week 11 encounter between Elmina Sharks and WAFA, in which the latter won by 2-1 to cement their top spot position.
The PPP’s presidential candidate expressed thankfulness on his Facebook wall as the catastrophe did not record any fatality and promised to ensure that the edifice is fixed on time for their subsequent home games in the campaign.
