Following its latest Supreme Court win against Future Global Resources Ltd. (FGR) and Blue Gold Bogoso Ltd., Heath Goldfields Ltd. has reaffirmed its commitment to responsible mining, community engagement, and sustainable development.
The Supreme Court, on November 18, 2025, unanimously dismissed an application by FGR and Blue Gold, “affirming once again the legal soundness of the processes leading to Heath Goldfields’ acquisition of the Bogoso-Prestea Mine.” This ruling marks the sixth consecutive legal defeat suffered by the companies since September 2024.

In the wake of the decision, Heath Goldfields emphasised that it remains focused on operating the Bogoso-Prestea Mine with strict adherence to regulatory standards, environmental stewardship, and transparency.
