The High Court in Accra has varied the bail conditions of former National Service Authority (NSA) boss, Osei Assibey Antwi.
The court has permitted that he can report to the Kumasi office of the National Intelligence Bureau instead of Accra.
The decision followed a request by his lawyers today, which the state did not oppose.
The court also adjourned the case to May 13 after the defence asked for time to review 49 documents disclosed by prosecutors.
Osei Assibey Antwi is standing trial on charge, including stealing, money laundering, and causing financial loss to the state.
Prosecutors now allege that he supervised a loss of GHC 431.7 million instead of GHC 508 million while at the NSA.
This was linked to payments made to unverified or non-service personnel.
State prosecutors representing the Attorney-General revised the figures in 49 evidential documents which were filed in court today.
The former Executive Director of the NSA has been charged for acts including stealing.
