We hold the instructions of Mr. Senyo Hosi, Chief Executive Officer – Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors, to demand a retraction and apology for your bribery and corruption claims against him on your Oman 107.1 FM radio.

Our client takes notice that you have repeated the outright falsehoods on other media and succeeded in getting other persons join you in further spreading same widely since Thursday June 29 2017 or thereabout.

Your written retraction and apology, which must be delivered within 24 hours from 5pm today, must be given the same publicity and prominence as the defamatory claims and must be unequivocal, unconditional and subject to the prior approval of our client and his team of lawyers.
