Presidential candidate hopeful for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has appointed Charles Cromwell Nanabanyin Onuawonto Bissue as Campaign Administrator for his 2025 presidential campaign. The appointment takes immediate effect.
In a memorandum addressed to all campaign team members dated October 14, 2025, Mr. Agyapong said the decision is aimed at enhancing coordination, discipline, and efficiency within the campaign structure as the team intensifies its operations ahead of the party’s upcoming primaries.
According to the memo, Mr. Bissue will be responsible for the overall coordination and strategic oversight of campaign operations, ensuring that all activities across the various directorates and operational teams are well-structured, efficiently executed, and aligned with the campaign’s goals.
His duties include managing official correspondence, overseeing administrative communication, processing reports and briefings intended for the candidate, and ensuring a smooth flow of information to facilitate timely decision-making.
The statement further directed that all external campaign correspondence must now be routed through the office of the Campaign Administrator, while all internal reports and documents meant for the candidate’s attention should be submitted to Mr. Bissue before reaching him.
Mr. Agyapong expressed confidence that this new structure would strengthen teamwork and foster greater cohesion among campaign members, emphasizing that the campaign remains anchored on the principles of patriotism, honesty, and discipline.
