The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced an extension of the deadline for the ongoing online registration of prospective national service personnel for the 2025/2026 service year.
Originally scheduled to close on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, the registration period has now been extended to Friday, October 24, 2025.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Authority explained that the extension is intended to provide additional time for eligible graduates who were unable to complete their registration within the initial deadline.
“All Service Personnel are required to report to their respective places of posting and commence their national service by Monday, 3rd November 2025,” the statement said, adding that individuals who fail to register by October 24, risk being excluded from this year’s postings.

The NSA urged all prospective personnel to take advantage of the new window to complete their registration, emphasising that the official registration portal can only be accessed through www.gnsa.gov.gh.
It also cautioned applicants against dealing with fraudsters or unverified websites posing as registration agents. “The system is designed to protect users against such fraudulent activities, but vigilance remains key,” the statement noted.
The Authority expressed appreciation for the cooperation of stakeholders and reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring a smooth and transparent registration and deployment process.
