Richard Obibini Lartey has been appointed as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Finance and Administration) for Microfinance and Small Loans Center (MASLOC).
Richard Lartey hold an MBA in Finance, BSc in Accounting, and an HND in Accounting
He is currently pursuing a chartered accountant qualification.

He has rich experience in finance management and accounting in the private sector and currently serves as the Eastern Regional Deputy Treasurer for the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Reacting to the appointment, Richard Lartey thanked President John Dramani Mahama, stating that it is a privilege to be given such an opportunity to serve in government.
He assured that ” I shall dutifully and diligently support the Chief Executive Officer in her quest to Reset and Re-position MASLOC onto the path of growth and sustainability, with the ultimate focus on poverty reduction, business expansion and wealth creation”.
Established in 2006, MASLOC has provided Microcredit and Small Loans to start-ups and small businesses with fast, easy and accessible Microcredit and Small loans to grow and expand their businesses
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have been the backbone of Ghana’s socioeconomic development. Over the years, MASLOC provided financial assistance to these SMEs and individuals to expand their businesses.
