Kofi Siaw Sarpong has emerged the winner of the second edition of GhOne TV’s ‘Next TV Star Reality Show’.
After 13 weeks of contesting with eighteen other contestants, Siaw emerged victorious due to his consistency throughout the show becoming the audience favourite for his fluency in the Twi language.
The grand finale took place on Sunday, May 23, at the Silicon House, Tesano.
Having a grasp of all aspects of the media, entertainment, business, and current affairs, Siaw put his best foot forward and beat his other four contenders in the finale to walk away with the coveted “next TV star” title.
Siaw, as the winner, will earn an all-expense-paid trip to Dubai. In addition to his trip to Dubai, he will also get a thirty-minute weekly show on GHONE TV, a mentorship session with the general manager, Nana Aba Anamoah, and also, packages from sponsors.
Berry earned second place due to her accuracy throughout the competition, and Leo finished third, earning them both a 6-month internship at GHOne/Starr FM and 6-month mentorship from the General Manager with products from sponsors.
There were three prolific broadcasters at the grand finale as guest judges, Nana Aba Anamoah, Lexis Bill, Francis Abban, and dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale.
While the show was packed with two segments of questions and interview sessions, there was room for enough entertainment as back to back performances came from Mr Drew and Kuami Eugene.
