Starr FM’s Naa Ashorkor nominated for 2017 Golden Movie Awards

Starr FM’s Naa Ashorkor Mensah-Doku has been nominated in the 2017 Golden Movie Awards Africa slated for July 22, 2017.

GMAA gives the opportunity to African filmmakers from around the world to receive praise, recognition and be awarded for their efforts at telling the African stories to both Africans and the rest of the world during the period under review.

The ebullient presenter was nominated under the Golden actress (series) category and she will be battling it out with the likes of Judith Asante, Gloria Sarfo, Ade Kelly and Ivy Adjima.

Naa Ashorkor was nominated for her tremendous role in the TV series dubbed ‘Table of men’.
