Stonebwoy, Wizkid others upbeat about Ghana meets Naija tomorrow

Ghanaian and Nigerian acts  who will be performing at the 8th edition of  the Ghana meets concert  have expressed readiness for the music concert which comes off Saturday, June 9 at the  Fantasy Dome, Trade Fair-Accra.

Dubbed the “Rescue Mission”, this year’s Ghana Meets Naija will witness performances from Stonebwoy, who is famed for his outstanding live performances, new kings KiDi, Kuami Eugene, King Promise, Patapeezy, Fancy Gadam, as well as Uptown Energy front man Yaa Pono. They will face their Nigeria rivals, Wizkid ,Mr. Eazi and Mayorkunn .

Stonebwoy has urged fans to keep their fingers crossed for a mind-blowing performance on Saturday.

Mr. Eazi who arrived in the country this morning  told KOD on the Zone he is super excited to be in Ghana and will thrill fans to the best tunes come Saturday.

“I’m so excited to be in Ghana and I just can’t wait for tomorrow’s experience, I’m super charged .This is the first time I’m coming to perform since December last year and I have been looking forward to this day and I’m so prepared for Ghana meets Naija”, Mr.Eazi told KOD.

New artistes such as King Promise, KiDi and the Angela Hit-Maker, Kuami Eugene also assured  patrons an amazing concert.

“I’m super excited to get the chance to be here. I can’t wait to perform ‘CCTV ‘ for the first time on stage and I also can’t wait  to show  my fans  what I have for them.” King Promise hinted.

“It’s gonna be a rockstar event,” Kuami Eugene added.

KiDi who could not hide his excitement, concluded: “I’m fully prepared to face the 20,000 crowd.”

The Swedru based artiste Patapeezy  and Tamale based Fancy Gadam, who will be performing on the big stage for the first time  also promised to give patrons a magical moment at the event.

There will be other new artists like Nina Richie, Dahlin Gage, S3fa and Koblah Jnr who will also perform at the event.

The annual musical concert which has been in existence since 2011 has constantly served as the ultimate platform for the West African countries to execute their longstanding sibling rivalry in the area of music.
