Renowned author and preacher Pastor Touré Roberts has emphasized the importance of churches adopting certain strategies from the business world in order to thrive.
Speaking during an interview on Starr Chat on Starr 103.5 FM with Bola Ray on Thursday, May 29, Pastor Touré Roberts explained that while the church is a spiritual institution, it also requires structure and effective systems to function well.
“If a church is to be successful, it has to adopt some approaches and strategies from the business community,” he said, noting that churches must manage people, money, and operations just like businesses do.

He added that blending spiritual leadership with sound management practices helps churches grow and sustain their impact. “I love business,” he shared, describing how that passion has shaped his approach to ministry.
