President of the United States Donald Trump has suggested cancelling all US government contracts with Businessman Elon Musk after the two men fell out over Trump’s spending bill.
The president said the measure will save the country money as his administration explores government cuts.
Writing on Truth Social on Thursday, President Trump stated that he was surprised his predecessor and political nemesis, Joe Biden, did not explore the option.
“The easiest way to save money in our Budget, Billions and Billions of Dollars, is to terminate Elon’s Governmental Subsidies and Contracts. I was always surprised that Biden didn’t do it!” the president exclaimed.
