The Ho Municipal Assembly on Monday, June 17, presented some 44 motorcycles to all the assembly members in the Municipality.
The bikes, according to the Presiding Member, Eric Bene, will help the assembly members be effective in their respective electoral areas.
He noted that many assembly members in the Municipality are usually constrained in their mobility due to the distances they have to travel when needed for assembly duties.
Presenting the motorcycles, Mr Bene urged the assembly members to use the bikes for its intended purposes.
In all, 42 assembly members benefited and some two Government appointees. There are more than ten electoral areas in the Ho Municipality some of which are, Fiave, Ho Central, Hofedo, Shia/Ave and Matse electoral areas.
