Formal president John Agyekum Kufour has urged Ghanaians to vote for a leader whose policy will impact everyone.
Speaking on GHOne TV, J. A Kufour urged the youth whose parents benefited from the free maternal care to vote for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) who introduced it.
“If the parents and teachers did not teach about Ghana’s political revolution, I will take this opportunity to say that this government is the reason your parent did not pay any hospital fees when they gave birth to you, so do not vote against them.” He noted
He further urged Ghanaians to vote for a leader whose policies impact the whole nation and not just his political party.
“If you are elected as a president, you are elected by all and not only your party. So, I will urge you to vote for a president whose policies will benefit everyone” He added.

“Do not forget that the Free Compulsory Universal Basic Education (FCUBE) was introduced during former President Jerry John Rawlings’ government as stipulated in the 1992 constitution as an educational mandate. But I will not take credit for myself or my party.”
