Member of Parliament for Yapei Kusawgu, Hon. John Abdulai Jinapor, has donated GHS 50,000 to Yapei United Football Club to support the team’s development and strengthen youth participation in sports across the constituency.
Speaking during the presentation, Hon. Jinapor said the gesture reflects his continued commitment to empowering the youth and using sports as a tool for community unity and growth.
“Sports have the power to unite our people and inspire our young ones to aim higher. I believe Yapei United can go far with the right support and discipline,” he said.
Officials of Yapei United and community members expressed deep appreciation to the MP for his consistent support toward youth and community development initiatives.
The donation adds to a number of social and developmental projects spearheaded by Hon. Jinapor in the Yapei Kusawgu Constituency, including initiatives focused on education, sports, and livelihoods.
