Tensions flared at the Odobiriba Academy polling station as police were accused of using pepper spray on voters, leaving one person collapsed.

Witnesses corroborated the account, alleging that the police’s actions were unjustified. However, the police have denied these claims, sparking a heated dispute over the events that unfolded.

The incident has raised concerns about the use of force by law enforcement during the electoral process. Voters and witnesses alike have expressed outrage over the alleged actions of the police, which they claim were excessive and unwarranted.

As the investigation into the incident continues, many are calling for greater accountability and transparency from the authorities. The Electoral Commission has urged calm and appealed to all parties involved to respect the electoral process. The commission has also pledged to investigate the incident thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure the integrity of the elections.

As the situation develops, voters and observers remain vigilant, seeking to ensure that the democratic process is upheld.
