Global wellness and lifestyle company, QNET, has clarified that it operates entirely online and does not run physical recruitment or job centers. The company says this is to prevent confusion and protect the public from falling victim to fraudsters using its name.
In an interview on Starr FM with host Joshua Kodjo Mensah, Theodocia Naana Quartey, QNET’s Global Compliance Officer, said the company’s operations are purely digital. “QNET is a 100% online business,” she stated. “Our distributors promote and purchase products through our website and app there are no physical recruitment offices anywhere.”
She explained that this online structure allows people to do legitimate business from any location. “You don’t need to travel abroad to join QNET,” she said. “Everything happens on our platform. You can build your business right from your phone or computer.”
Ms. Quartey cautioned the public against individuals who claim to represent QNET and demand payment for job or travel opportunities. “Those are scammers,” she warned. “Anyone asking you to pay for a job or visa in QNET’s name is not part of the company.”
She said the company has been working closely with EOCO and the Ghana Police Service to address such fraudulent cases. “We cannot fight this alone, so we are partnering law enforcement to track and prosecute offenders,” she added.
To improve transparency, QNET has also established a compliance office at the Deuce Complex in East Legon. “That office is for public education and verification,” she said. “People can walk in to check information, but all transactions still happen online.”
Ms. Quartey encouraged the public to use official channels before engaging anyone claiming to be from QNET. “Visit qnet.net or email us directly through our verified address,” she advised. “If it’s not through our digital system, it’s not QNET.”
She said QNET remains focused on empowering people through ethical direct selling. “Our online model has worked for 27 years across the world,” she said. “We believe in technology, transparency, and empowering people to earn legitimately.”
