Ghanaian actor and comedian Ebenezer Akwasi Antwi, popularly known as Dr Likee or Akabenezer, has signed an ambassadorial deal with EBA Motors in Accra, extending his partnership with the EBA brand.
The agreement marks his second ambassadorial deal with the company in two days, following a separate partnership with EBA Phones and Accessories signed a day earlier.
The two-day event, held from October 10 to 11, 2026, in Accra, brought together media personalities, influencers and car enthusiasts to celebrate the partnership and strengthen the brand’s visibility.
Dr Likee is expected to use his popularity and influence to promote EBA Motors and its products, as the company seeks to expand its reach among Ghanaian consumers.
The partnership also highlights EBA’s growing association with entertainment personalities as part of its efforts to connect with a wider audience.
Fellow EBA Motors brand ambassador Cuterossy was also present at the event and shared her views on the partnership with Starr News, highlighting the company’s instalment payment arrangements.
“What makes EBA Motors the best is our installment plan for all our phones,” she said.
She further hinted at plans to extend the payment arrangement to vehicles, saying, “The best thing coming soon is we will be doing the same for the cars too.”
The proposed extension of the installment plan to cars could provide customers with another payment option when purchasing vehicles from the company.
