The Member of Parliament(MP) for Builsa South in the Upper East Region, Dr. Clement Apaak Floors Gariba has expressed his profound gratitude to voters for trusting in him and retaining him as their Member of Parliament (MP).

Addressing the media, Dr. Apaak said that the people of Builsa have maintained him due to their faith in him and his capability of doing more than he has done for them in the previous years of leadership.

“But ultimately, this victory has been occasioned because the people of Builsa South have continued to maintain faith in me. They believe that I am capable of doing more than I have done and they believe that I have been very truthful, honest, and sincere to them”, he stated

The MP pledged that as he represents the people of Builsa South for the third time, he will seek the road issue, connect Builsa communities to the National grid, curb youth unemployment, and find solutions to the farmers’ challenges in the area.

“Honesty, modesty, and indeed accountability have won. It is my solemn pledge that as I prepare to take up the responsibility of representing the people of Builsa South for the third time, I believe the new government to be formed by John Mahama will address the many pressing challenges facing Ghanaians in general, and the people of Builsa South in particular.

“In addition, issues such as youth unemployment and the challenges faced by farmers are very important to the people of Builsa South, and I am committed to working hard to address them”, he stated,

Dr. Apaak further assured the people of Builsa South to fight for them day and night and bring them the needed development

“I will do my best as the MP for Builsa South in good standing of the NDC to bring needed development. I will continue to fight for the people of Builsa South day and night. And that is also a solemn pledge, I, Dr. Clement Apaak continue to make for the people of Builsa South” he assured.
