Ghana’s Black Starlets coach,Paa Kwesi Fabin has made four changes in the squad that lost 1-0 to USA in the second Group A clash last Monday.
The starting XI lists has Bismark Owusu Terry replacing injured Abdul Razak Yusuf, Gabriel Leveh starts ahead of Mohammed Aminu, Sulley Ibrahim takes Emmanuel Toku’s position and Edmund Arko Mensah in for Mohammed Kudus.
Ghana must win to seal a qualification to the 16th stage of the competition.

Ibrahim Danlad, Yakubu Mohammed, Alhassan Rashid, Gideon Mensah, Bismark Owusu Terry, Isaac Gyamfi, Gabriel Leveh, Ibrahim Sadiq, Sulley Ibrahim, Eric Eyiah, Edmund Arko Mensah.
