Parliament will reconvene on Tuesday, October 14, for the Third Meeting of the First Session of the Ninth Parliament of the Fourth Republic.
In a notice issued by Speaker Alban Kingsford Sumana Bagbin, the House is expected to resume sitting at 2:00 pm at Parliament House in Accra, in line with Order 58 of the Standing Orders of Parliament.
The recall marks the end of the recess and sets the stage for Members of Parliament to return to key legislative and oversight duties. Lawmakers are expected to consider government business, committee reports, and other pressing national issues.
The last meeting before the break was dominated by debates on economic recovery measures and concerns over public finance management.
