The charitable gesture underscores the bank’s commitment to giving back to the community and supporting vulnerable members of society.

The Head of the Internal Control Unit at Stanbic Bank, Abiana Nelson, led the Stanbic team and spoke about the reason for the gesture.

She said “At Stanbic Bank, we recognize the importance of corporate social investments and employee community involvement as a mechanism to support the upliftment of communities. So, the bank encourages us, the staff, to get involved in charitable causes in our communities and support such involvements through the employee community engagement programme. “We are here because we recognize that we have been given more and we are giving back to society. We were here last year and we are back to continue the work we started. It is our honour to be used as vessels of God to touch your lives. We are blessed to have this opportunity and I pray that God continues to give us the strength and means to be of service to you,” Abiana Nelson added.

She further encouraged the children to concentrate on their studies and work hard to achieve their dreams. The Caretaker/Father to the Home, Mr. Adu Amoako, received the items on behalf of the Home and thank Stanbic Bank for the act. “We are immensely grateful to Stanbic Bank Internal Control Unit for their generous support. This contribution will go a long way in ensuring that we can continue to provide a nurturing and caring environment for the children entrusted to our care. It’s heartwarming to see businesses like Stanbic Bank step up and make a real difference in the lives of our children,” he said.

Stanbic Bank Internal Control Unit’s donation to Christ Faith Foster Home is an example of the positive impact that businesses can have when they prioritize giving back to society. It serves as an inspiration for other organizations to join in supporting community initiatives and helping those in need. Christ Faith Foster Home is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe and loving environment for orphaned and vulnerable children. The organization is committed to giving these children the care, support, and opportunities they need to grow and thrive, ultimately helping them build brighter futures.
