Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo has been voted as the Premier league’s player of the month for September 2021.
The Portuguese superstar scored three goals in three appearances in September after making a sensational return to the Theater of Dreams.
Ronaldo kicked off his second spell at United in a spectacular style, scoring two goals against Newcastle United in a 4-1 victory at Old Trafford.
He also found the back of the net against West Ham United, inspiring Manchester United to come back from behind to win 2-1 at the London stadium
The Manchester United forward beat off competitions from Joao Cancelo, Antonio Rudiger, Allan Saint-Maximin, Ismaila Sarr and Liverpool’s Mohammed Salah to win the September player of the month award.
Ronaldo will be looking forward to continue his impressive form when United face Leicester City at the king power stadium on Saturday October 16th.
