In celebration of World Children’s Day, Impact Careerpoint, a leading organisation focused on career development and educational initiatives, is proud to reaffirm its commitment to empowering the youth of today for the challenges of tomorrow. The theme for this year’s World Children’s Day, “Listen to the future” resonates with Impact Careerpoint’s vision for children worldwide to have access to early career guidance, skill development, and mental well-being as critical pillars for their growth and success.

As this year’s World Children’s Day, is dedicated to encouraging people to listen to children’s hopes, dreams, and visions for the future, Impact Careerpoint, believes that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of their background or circumstances. Through our various programs and initiatives, we aim to provide children and young people with the tools, resources, and guidance they need to shape their futures with confidence.

Building a Brighter Future Through Career Guidance

On this special day, Impact Careerpoint will launch a series of workshops, mentorship programs, and online resources designed to provide children with a comprehensive understanding of career pathways, skills development, and the power of education. These initiatives will target students, parents, and educators, providing insights into the changing job market and the skills that will define success in the future workforce.

“We believe in the potential of every child,” said Purity Bosson, CEO of Impact Careerpoint. “By offering early exposure to career exploration and personal development, we can help children cultivate the skills, creativity, and resilience necessary to navigate an increasingly complex world. World Children’s Day is an opportunity to remind us all of the role we play in shaping the lives of the next generation.”

Focus on Mental Health and Well-being

Impact Careerpoint also recognizes the growing importance of mental health and well-being in children’s development. This year, as part of our World Children’s Day celebration, we will be emphasizing the role of emotional resilience and mental wellness in the overall career journey. Our programs will incorporate discussions on building self-esteem, managing stress, and fostering a positive outlook in the face of challenges.
