Black Queens deputy captain Jennifer Cudjoe has joined Brooklyn Football Club’s women’s team for the 2025/26 Gainbridge Super League season.
The deal was announced on the club’s official social media page on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, with the details of the contract yet to be disclosed.
The 31-year-old midfielder couldn’t hide her joy after sealing this new deal, which will see her continue her career in the United States of America, when she spoke exclusively to EIB SPORTS.
“I’m so excited, and it feels amazing to play with Brooklyn Football Club. The US is one of the biggest markets when it comes to soccer. I love that I can go back to a place where I’m familiar with,” Cudjoe revealed to EIB Sports’ Monica Bukari.
Jennifer Cudjoe started her career with Sekondi Hasaacas Ladies before moving to the US to play college football with Northeastern Oklahoma A&M Lady Norse, Northeastern State RiverHawks, and UMFK Bengals, where she scored 47 goals.
She then went on to play for Asheville City, Chattanooga Lady Red Wolves, and NJ/NY Gotham FC, all in the US, before moving to Nordsjaelland in Denmark.
The 2024 WAFCON bronze medalist will leave her club DC Power, where she made 18 appearances.
Her signing comes on the back of Ghana’s Black Queens qualifying for the 2026 WAFCON in Morocco after beating Egypt 7–0 on aggregate.
