The Education Ministry has assured that all 67,382 students who have not been placed under the computerised school selection placement system (CSSPS) will have schools by the end of the week.
The over 60, 000 students could not be placed because they could not be matched with any of their school choices.
A total of 423,134 out of 490,514 qualified candidates have, however, been placed.
Speaking on Starr Today Tuesday, the deputy Education Minister Yaw Adu Twum stated that all students who passed will be placed.
According to him, efforts are underway to ensure that all the 67, 382 students are placed before the Senior High Schools reopen next week.
Mr. Adu Twum also disclosed that students placed on the green track will resume in September whereas the gold track students will resume in November under the new double track system adopted by the government.
He added that all headmasters have been adequately briefed on the double track system adding that they expect a smooth take off without hitches.
Meanwhile, a statement by the Education Ministry stated that students with genuine concerns can visit any of the Regional Solution Centres at the Regional Education Offices to have their issues resolved.
The statement also added that a Solution Centre has been set up at the Independence Square in the Greater Accra Region.
