The board takes office as BOSTEnergies reports improved financial performance. Figures presented at its annual general meeting this year showed revenue nearly tripled to GH¢3.81 billion in 2025, while profit after tax rose 72% to GH¢683.96 million.
The company also paid a GH¢34.2 million dividend to the government, which Dr Jinapor described as the first he could recall.
