Hearts of Oak got back to winning ways after two straight defeats as they recorded a 2-1 victory over Ebusua Dwarfs at the Accra Sports Stadium. Joseph Esso got a brace for Hearts with Bright Luqman who made a return to Dwarfs after a failed stint with the Phobians grabbing the consolation goal for the away side.
Elmina Sharks once again dropped points at home after playing out a goalless draw game with Liberty Professionals.
Goals from Augustine Boakye and Daniel Owusu handed WAFA a 2-1 win over Karela United. Solomon Sarfo Taylor scored for Karela.
Kotoko maintained their consistent form after triumphing over Ashanti Gold with a 2-0 win to keep the top spot, thanks to two second half goals from Abdul Fatawu Safiwu.
Kwame Boateng, Joseph Tetteh Zutah and an own goal by Patrick Adu saw Medeama beat Bechem United 3-2 at the Tarkwa T&A Park. Sylvester Owusu and Emmanuel Owusu were however on the score sheet for Bechem United.
Fatawu Abdul Rahman scored the only goal to hand visiting Aduana Stars a 1-0 win over Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park.
