Renowned legal and consultancy firm, VINT & Aletheia, Attorneys and Consultants, has celebrated its eighth anniversary with the announcement of a bold new chapter; its official expansion to the United States with the opening of a new branch in New York City.

What began in 2017 as a Ghana-based vision under the name Veritas International Nominees and Trustees Ltd (VINT) has grown into a dynamic cross-border legal and advisory practice, delivering trusted legal, regulatory, and compliance solutions across Ghana, Africa, and now the international stage. The firm’s evolution was marked by a major rebranding in 2024, when VINT PRUC adopted its current name after its sister company, Aletheia Law, was dissolved.

In a celebratory announcement, Managing Attorney Lady-Ann Essuman (Mrs.) shared the personal story behind the firm’s growth:

“What began as an idea around our kitchen table has grown into a boutique legal practice with a bold mission: to support businesses- especially SMEs—with practical, innovative legal solutions.
VINT & Aletheia was inspired by something deeply personal. I watched my mum’s business collapse, in part because she didn’t have access to the legal guidance she needed. That experience lit a fire in me—to ensure other entrepreneurs don’t have to face the same challenges alone.”

VINT & Aletheia, today boasts of a team of seasoned legal professionals qualified to practice in Ghana, England & Wales, and the United States.

The firm maintains active membership in key global and regional professional bodies, including the International Bar Association (IBA), Association of European Attorneys (AEA), Ghana Bar Association (GBA), and the Chartered Institute of Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners (CIRIP).

Capping off a string of recognitions, the firm was ranked in 2025 as a “Leading Firm” in the Commercial, Corporate, and M&A category by Legal 500, following its 2024 listing as “A Firm to Watch.”
