A staff of a popular Nongovernmental Organization in Tumu in the Upper West region, Green Sahara, has been shot dead by suspected robbers.
According to reports, the deceased was shot dead while talking to his wife on the phone between Tarsor and Bugbelle on Tuesday night.
The District Police Commander ASP Stephen Abanga who confirmed the incident to Starr News’ Musa Lansa said the report about the death got to his desk at about 3am.
He said investigations have commenced into the incident.
