Aisha, the guardian accused of inflicting burn wounds on the private parts of seven-year-old Amina for bedwetting, has been re-arrested.
This follows a report by GHOne TV’s Nadima Uthman earlier today. The report features a story of a seven-year-old Amina Abdul Fatawu who is battling severe burns after her guardian, allegedly pressed a heated spoon against her private parts, upper thighs, and buttocks as punishment for bedwetting.

A concerned community leader reportedly lodged a complaint at the Kotobabi Police Station, leading to the arrest of the alleged perpetrator. However, Aisha was later released following pressure from Amina’s father and grandmother, who insisted the matter be settled at home.
