Medeama SC remain top of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League table after Matchday Five, following their 1-0 victory over Debibi United FC at the Debibi Presby Park.
The result takes Medeama to 11 points from five matches, with a goal difference of +5. FC Samartex 1996 are second, also on 11 points, but with a +4 goal difference after their 1-0 win over Young Apostles FC at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena.
Port City FC are third on 10 points after their 3-1 victory over Bechem United FC, while Aduana FC occupy fourth place, also on 10 points, following their 2-1 win over Swedru All Blacks FC at the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park. Basake Holy Stars complete the top five with nine points after beating Berekum Chelsea 1-0.
Hearts of Oak are sixth with eight points after being held to a 0-0 draw by Dreams FC at the UG Stadium. Heart of Lions are seventh, also on eight points, after their thrilling 3-2 victory over Ashantigold, while Asante Kotoko sit eighth with eight points.
Ashantigold are ninth on seven points, followed by Bechem United in 10th with the same number of points. Vision FC and Karela United occupy 11th and 12th respectively, both on six points, while Swedru All Blacks are 13th with five points. Goldstars are 15th on four points after their 0-0 draw against Vision FC, with Debibi United 14th on four points.

At the bottom, Berekum Chelsea are 16th with four points after their defeat to Basake Holy Stars. Young Apostles are 17th on three points, while Dreams FC remain bottom with just two points from five matches.
