Residents of Koforidua in the Eastern Region have expressed satisfaction with the performance of President John Dramani Mahama, particularly in the areas of economic management and agriculture.
Predominantly traders and artisans, many of the residents praised the President for what they described as a strong performance in stabilizing the economy.
They highlighted the recent appreciation of the cedi against the dollar and the continued decline in inflation as outcomes of government policies in the economic and agricultural sectors.
According to the residents, these improvements have eased the economic hardships they experienced under the previous administration, bringing relief to households and businesses across the municipality.
They also urged President Mahama to maintain his focus on national development and continue efforts to make Ghana a better place for all citizens.
