Kingdom Citizens in Real Estate (KCIRE) will host the Global Mandate Economic Summit 2026, bringing together more than 50 diaspora investors, entrepreneurs, developers, government leaders, and business professionals from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, the Caribbean, and Africa for a nine-day investment experience in Accra, Ghana. The summit theme is “The Kingdom Has Been Summoned.”
Founded by international real estate broker, investor, and global speaker Dr. Makeda Smith, KCIRE has spent more than 22 years helping individuals build wealth through real estate.

Before expanding internationally, Smith built an estimated $29.3 million in United States real estate sales through 163 residential transactions. Since launching KCIRE’s international division, the organization has facilitated 48 international real estate transactions totaling more than $2.1 million while leading investment experiences across Ghana, Dubai, Egypt, Greece, Bali, Kenya, Zanzibar, the Dominican Republic, and other global markets.
The Global Mandate Economic Summit combines education with real investment opportunities. Attendees will participate in sessions covering international real estate, diaspora mortgages, business formation, capital funding, development partnerships, and global investing before touring luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout Accra.
“Our vision extends far beyond buying property,” said Dr. Makeda Smith, Founder and CEO of Kingdom Citizens in Real Estate™️. “We are creating economic bridges between Africa and the Diaspora by connecting serious investors with credible opportunities that create ownership, partnerships, and generational wealth.”
The summit will also provide sponsors and exhibitors with direct access to qualified international buyers actively exploring investment opportunities in Ghana while fostering strategic relationships between Africa and the Diaspora.
