Eric Kwapong Ministries has announced the evolution of its leadership platform, Leaders in Worship, into Leaders Rejuvenate, signalling a broader focus on the spiritual, personal, and leadership renewal of people entrusted with significant responsibility.
The new platform, anchored on the message “Pause. Renew. Lead,” seeks to create a space where leaders can reflect, recharge and regain clarity before returning to the responsibilities of their offices.
The initiative is targeted at CEOs, business owners, senior executives, public-sector and national leaders, policymakers, institutional heads, ministry leaders and other people with significant influence in society.
The change follows two editions of Leaders in Worship, which have reached more than 1,000 leaders across business, government, media, ministry, healthcare, academia and other sectors.
According to Eric Kwapong Ministries, the decision to adopt the new identity reflects an expanding vision for the platform.
While worship remains at the heart of the initiative, the ministry says the experience has evolved into a broader call for spiritual, personal, emotional and leadership renewal.
The first Leaders in Worship gathering was held on April 19, 2024, at the Physicians and Surgeons Hall in Accra.
It brought together senior figures from government, business, academia, the military, healthcare and other sectors, including Members of Parliament, judges, chief executives, senior military officers, vice-chancellors, medical professionals and chief directors.
The gathering was designed to provide leaders with an opportunity to temporarily put aside their official positions and reconnect with God through worship, Scripture, reflection and fellowship.
A second edition followed on January 30, 2025, at Wesley Towers in Ridge, Accra.
That gathering brought together leaders from business, government, religious, traditional and other spheres and featured worship, music ministrations, Scripture readings, exhortations and fellowship.
The ministry says the experiences from both editions reinforced the need for a platform that addresses not only the public responsibilities of leaders but also the individual behind the office.
Under Leaders Rejuvenate, the organisers intend to provide what they describe as a trusted, sacred and non-partisan environment where leaders can step away from the demands of their positions, reflect and return to their spheres of influence refreshed.
The initiative is based on the conviction that leadership is sustained by more than professional expertise.
Eric Kwapong Ministries says the spiritual life, character, emotional wellbeing, relationships and sense of purpose of leaders can shape how they carry out their responsibilities.
The platform will therefore combine worship, Scripture, reflection, authentic conversations and fellowship to encourage what the ministry describes as spiritually grounded, ethical, resilient and purposeful leadership.
According to the ministry, the first two editions have already built a growing network of leaders, with more than 1,000 participants reached across different sectors.
It also reports the involvement of more than five worship ministers and psalmists, the formation of new relationships and networks, and testimonies of renewed clarity and purpose among participants.
The organisers say the intended impact extends beyond the events, as participants take lessons from the gatherings back into boardrooms, ministries, public institutions, policy spaces and their communities.
The newly rebranded platform will hold its next gathering on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 7 p.m. at the Institute for Democratic Governance (IDEG) in the Ayawaso West Conclave.
The special edition is targeted at leaders within East Legon, Adjiringanor, Dzorwulu, Airport Residential, Roman Ridge and surrounding areas.
Registration is strictly required. Its central message remains: “Pause. Renew. Lead.”
