The Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin has donated medical supplies to Nadowli-Kaleo District Hospital in the Upper West Region.
According to him, the donation is to help improve health service delivery in the district and beyond.
“Together with my MP, Anthony Mwinkaraa Sumah, we gave out assorted medical supplies to the Nadowli-Kaleo District Hospital in the Upper West Region. Our gesture was to help improve health service delivery in the district and beyond,” Speaker Bagbin stated in a Facebook post.
He also commended health professionals and staff for their hard work.
“I used the opportunity to commend the health professionals and all staff members of the hospital for their commitment to their duties. I further encouraged them to do more as health needs are becoming plentiful and sophisticated.
“I shall continuously support facilities such as these for the benefit of our people,” Mr. Bagbin stated.
