Defender Alidu Seidu and forward Fatawu Issahaku have been named in Ghana’s 24-man squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against the Central African Republic and Comoros later this month.
Coach Otto Addo handed a recall to Seidu, who returns after recovering from an ACL injury that kept him out of the previous international window.
Fatawu also makes a comeback following his return to form with Leicester City in the English Championship after a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
The squad includes two debutants, Medeama SC midfielder Prince Owusu and OGC Nice youngster Kojo Peprah Oppong. Regulars such as goalkeeper Benjamin Asare, Alexander Djiku, Thomas Partey, Mohammed Kudus, and captain Jordan Ayew have also been retained.

Ghana will face the Central African Republic in Meknes, Morocco, before hosting Comoros at the Accra Sports Stadium four days later.
The Black Stars, aiming for a fifth World Cup appearance, currently lead Group I with 19 points and need just four more to secure qualification for the global tournament.
