Ghana First Company Limited has sued contractors working on its ultra modern toilet facilities.

The defendants, otherwise known as Ghana First Contractors Association, have been accusing the company of fraud.

Ghana First engaged the services of some 120 contractors for its ultra modern toilet project but the contractors  later accused the company of failing to pay them and also called on government to have them investigated for fraud.

This did not go down well with the company which has sued the contractors and also secured an interlocutory injunction against them.

The injunction seeks to stop them from making defamatory comments against the company.

They are also seeking GHC5 million for damaging the reputation of the company.
