The former Chief Executive Officer of the National Food and Buffer Stock Company Limited (NAFCO), Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba, and his wife, Faiza Seidu Wuni, have reportedly been rearrested shortly after being discharged in court.
This follows a decision by the Attorney General on Tuesday morning to withdraw all charges against the two in a case in which they were accused of allegedly stealing over GH¢78 million.
They were, however, rearrested moments after their discharge from court proceedings.
Further details surrounding the rearrest and the next steps in the case are yet to be made public.
More soon.
