The past year was filled with some of the most challenging times that any of us has ever had to deal with. The global pandemic has created unprecedented challenges and problems that have left people struggling to find motivation, and as the lockdowns and restrictions continue, people are still searching for it. LA-based model, Celina Smith, understands the importance of motivation, having launched a successful modeling career that continues to grow. Here, Celina shares her secrets on staying motivated when times are challenging.

According to Celina Smith, altering your perception is one of the best ways to boost your motivation. How we perceive a situation will affect how we deal with it. Celina suggests taking a step back when you feel like times are getting too difficult to cope with. Taking a moment to view your situation from a different angle can help you find solutions that you previously overlooked. “Goals,” Celina shares, “are incredibly important for motivation. By creating tangible goals and even writing down actionable ways to reach them, you can kickstart your motivation. Physical exercise can also be one of your greatest allies when you are trying to get motivated. Getting your heart rate up can give you a boost of serotonin when you need it the most.” Continuing on how we can kickstart our motivation, Celina Smith says, “When times become challenging, powering our motivation with positive thinking and getting our body moving can help us push forward and leave the difficult times behind.”

A prominent figure on social media, Celina Smith has built an Instagram following that has cemented her as both a model and influencer. She has also gained attention as a YouTube gamer who live streams her Fortnite gameplay, and her presence on the popular subscription-based site OnlyFans has seen her amass over 314,000 followers on the platform.

Recent events have created some of the most challenging times that we have ever faced in our lives. However, Celina Smith believes that no matter the challenge, it is always possible to look within and find your motivation.
