Ghana made it to the last four of the WAFU U17 Cup of Nations after beating Togo 2-1 on Saturday.
The Black Starlets bettered their performance against Niger by recording victory in their second game.
Ghana drew goalless with the host Nation in their opening match last Wednesday however came back strongly to secure a win.
Christian Agyenim Boateng scored in the 41st minute for the Black Starlets.
His goal was equalized just on the stroke of half time.
Simon Appiah scored the winning goal from the penalty spot with just 5 minutes left to play.
