Veteran Ghanaian actor Mac Jordan Amartey has revealed his wish to be on set again.
The 81-year-old said his passion for acting is still alive “provided I am made to sit”.
“Sometimes I watch something and I wish I were the one doing it. I could have done it this way or that way,” he added.
“But for my leg I could have continued to be acting because the Lord has given me that life and he hasn’t taken it,” the legendary actor disclosed to Accra-based TV3.
Known for using jargon in his movies, ‘The victim of love’ actor had his right leg amputated due to diabetes in 2012.
The legendary actor is also known for his tiff with actress Grace Nortey in almost all the movies the two starred in.
According to Mac Jordan, he has used his prosthetic leg for five years and needs replacement.
