Media consultant and founder of Women of Valour, Nana Aba Anamoah has revealed plans to transform the initiative into a global event that inspires and empowers women beyond Ghana’s borders.
Speaking on GHOne TV with Serwaa Amihere, Nana Aba described Women of Valour as a platform that celebrates the courage and resilience of women who have faced various challenges.
She emphasized the importance of sharing stories of perseverance to remind others that they are not alone in their struggles.
“There are so many women who have encountered significant challenges in their lives. We try to tell people that others have experienced it, and if they survived it, then you can survive it too because we are not living in isolation. We want to come together as one unit to support each other and not tear down”, she explained.
Nana Aba also shared her vision for expanding the platform globally, drawing inspiration from the city of Paris. “Paris resonates with Women of Valour. It has lived through revolutions, resilience, and reinvention, and these values are at the heart of Women of Valour,” she said.
Outlining her long-term plans, she stated that she wants Women of Valour to evolve into a worldwide movement. “I want to position it as a global event, not a local event. So, if it means hopping from one city to the other in the next five to six years, that is exactly what we will be doing,” she declared.
