Broadcast journalist and news anchor, Lily Mohammed, has been named TV Female Newscaster of the Year at the 15th GoldBond RTP Awards.
The honour recognises her outstanding contribution to broadcast journalism and comes after she received two nominations at the 2025 edition of the awards; TV Female Presenter of the Year and TV Female Newscaster of the Year.
Lily Mohammed is the host of GHOne TV’s morning programme, GHToday, and also serves as a news anchor across the EIB Network’s English Cluster, including GHOne TV and Starr 103.5 FM. Her work spans current affairs discussions, live interviews, and news presentation, making her one of the prominent faces of English-language television broadcasting in Ghana.

The 15th GoldBond RTP Awards ceremony was held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the Accra International Conference Centre, bringing together key figures in Ghana’s media and creative industry to celebrate excellence in broadcasting.
