The Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Alban S.K. Bagbin has been honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 6th Annual Jacobs-Abbey Global Institute for Leadership Studies (JAGILS) Awards Night in Alexandria, Virginia.
