Bibiani GoldStars officially sealed their status as 2024/25 Ghana Premier League champions on Saturday, capping off their remarkable season with a goalless draw against Medeama SC in a celebratory coronation match at Dun’s Park in Bibiani.
Played before a jubilant home crowd, the match marked the culmination of a historic season for the Bibiani-based club, who secured their maiden Ghana Premier League title last weekend with an emphatic 4-0 triumph over Accra Lions.

Despite the goalless outcome on Saturday, the atmosphere was electric as fans filled the stadium to celebrate the club’s landmark achievement.
Following the final whistle, GoldStars players and officials were awarded their winners’ medals and proudly lifted the Premier League trophy, sparking wild celebrations among their ecstatic fans.
With their title triumph, the Miners become the third straight club from the Western Region to claim the Ghana Premier League crown, following the recent successes of Medeama and Hasaacas.
