Valued Lives Foundation, a non-governmental charity organisation with prime focus support deprived communities and the less privileged in society has been launched in the Greater Accra region.
The launch which took place at the Nabes Hotel in Adjen Kotoku a suburb of Accra on Saturday, Feb 26 saw hundreds of people throng the venue to witness the launch of the foundation already impacting society.
Delivering a speech at the event, the chairman of Valued lives foundation and chief of Aklekweiman, Ni Aklekwei III indicated that the issue of education, health, access to potable water and sanitation remains a challenge for many households in the community.
This he said formed the basis for the foundation to help the less privileged in society and as well help bring development to the people of Kotoku and its adjoining communities.
