The Eastern Regional Secretary of the Conventions People’s Party(CPP) has resigned.
Ampoma Dennis Bamfo Popularly known as ‘Tikya Ojooo’ tendered in his resignation letter addressed to the Regional Chairman on Monday, June 1, 2020.
According to him, his “official resignation should not be received with shock or scorn because it emanated from the backdrop of personal and family issues which seems to be very herculean at the moment”
OFFICIAL LETTER OF RESIGNATION
Please, kindly accept this as my official letter of resignation with immediate effect from the position as the Eastern Regional Secretary of Convention People’s Party.
Maybe, my time with you and the entire members of the Convention People’s Party, Eastern Region, might be very short and brief but quite impressive and remarkable counting on the numerous agenda executed and those yet to be executed, plans and strategies tabled before the Regional Executive Committee, quality relationship and good times we have had together remains the best testimony in the recent past.
However, my official resignation should not be received with shock or scorn because this emanated from and against the backdrop of personal and family issues which seems to be very herculean at the moment.
Personally, I am very grateful to you, the “rexco members” and the entire members of the Convention People’s Party, Eastern Region, for granting me the greatest opportunity of a lifetime to serve the nation in that capacity.
